1/4 cup white sugar
1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees
2 eggs, beaten
6 cups flour
In a small saucepan, heat margarine and water over low heat. When margarine has melted, remove pan from heat and stir in salt and 1/4 cup sugar.
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and 1/4 cup sugar in 1 cup warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine yeast mixture and margarine mixture. Stir in beaten eggs and 2 cups self-rising flour. Beat in remaining flour 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition, until a stiff dough is formed. Divide dough into 1 inch balls place on a lightly oiled cookie sheet about 1/2 inch apart pieces and place in freezer about a hour.
Remove dough from freezer .place the dough balls in a large zipper freezer bag place back into the freezer till needed.
remove the amount you need for dinner place in greased pan
Preheat oven to 100 to 125 degrees or place oven on warm place pan with dough balls in oven leave the heat on for 15mins then turn off after a total of 1 hour turn one oven to 400.(never removing the pan)
Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
This helps so much with time and just think your saving money by
making your own convince and not buy it. Yes it takes a little time to get thing ready but once you have it in your freezer and you will be glad you did
